Uncommon: Cancer of the vagina is uncommon, compared to cervical cancer. It you are getting regular check-ups to prevent cervical cancer, that should cover the risk of vaginal cancer. Vaginal cancer, if it occurs, may present as spotting, and discharge in early stage.
