This isn't cancer, which would be exceedingly rare (almost nonexistant) at your age. However, any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge is always abnormal and needs in-person evaluation. Some cases are serious -- at your age, STDs are among the most common causes. Get it checked out soon. (The exam will also reassure you about cancer.) Good luck.
