Probably not: But i would need more information. Blood test results? Are you having any GI symptoms of upper abdominal pain ; nausea? Have you already seen a general surgeon for evaluation of the low gb function? Isolated low grade fever more likely to come from the lungs if inactive or overweight, or urinary infection, etc. See your doctor for an exam.
