cyst with open pore: This sounds like an epidermal cyst from a hair follicle. The central opening is the dilated pore and the black stuff is oxidized sebum and keratin. The only way to really get rid of this is a surgical punch excision. Go see a dermatologist - its only a 15 minute procedure.
