Possibly: These problems are termed "process addictions" and it is poosible to become addicted to any activity. Are necessary activities and social interactions suffering? Is she aware? Is she unable to stop? Than she is addicted.
Dr. Arthur Ciaramicoli

Internet Addiction: It is not an addiction in the same sense as an addiction to a physical drug but people do become obsessed with the relationships on the internet and some can't seem to give up their imagined world. Facebook and other media sites such as chat rooms offer imagined relationships that can be more attractive than reality. Talk openly with your wife and tell her how you miss her presence. Best wishes.

Is it normal to not feel my baby move for a day?

Dr. Megan Bird
Obstetrics and Gynecology 19 years experience
Depends: It depends on how far along you are. Most women feel movment first at 18-20 weeks. From there until about 30 weeks fetal movements may not be regular and you may not feel them every day. After 30 weeks, you should feel your baby move every day. If you are ever worried it is easier and safer to get checked then to stay at home wondering.

Most cases will self heal over a few weeks & require only observation & pain management. Followup aimed monitoring kidney status is routine.

Why is it more difficult for an eighty year old woman to recover from the flu than a thirty year old?

Dr. Luis Villaplana

WHEN YOU ARE 80,: You typically are dealing with aging related conditions like heart disease and diabetes, just to mention the 2 most common. Chronic medical conditions tend to make your immune system a bit more sluggish at times. The good news is, over 80 years you have been exposed to a lot more bugs than someone in their 30's, so your immune "memory cells" have been programmed and are ready to minimize problems.
