Not that I am aware: But you should ask your hematologist about this problem, as you know, that can lead to a variety of other problems, but have not read it can cause missed periods. If you have missed periods, you should have a work-up for the missed periods which includes certain blood tests, a pelvic exam and an ultrasound.
