Insight: Trying to get pregnant can bring up very intense feelings. There are things you can do to manage your anxiety. Yoga and meditation are effective ways of giving yourself a break from the obsessive thoughts you might be having. As a psychologist i would be interested in what having another baby means to you and how you view the meaning of your own life. Keep seeking outside support. Good luck.
