A member asked:

Enlarged glands in neck, collarbones, armpits, groin, for 3 yrs no infection but slight raised protein in blood recentand folate (folic acid) low, im 26, is it lymphoma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

unlikely: Watch them to see if they increase in size. As long as the size of the nodes is smaller than 1.5cm, i would not consider it to be a lymphoma. But if they grow in size up to 2 cm, then a biopsy should be considered. That is the final proof as to what is the cause for their enlargement.
