Yes: P24 becomes negative when you seroconvert. Proceed with rx even before you convert.

No: A p24 antigen would not be positive within 3 days of exposure. By the time the antigen is positive, you're already infected and it's too late for pep.

I took a 10 panel std test with 4th gen hiv p24 antigen text. My protected exposure was 32 days. All test were negative. Sore condom whole time. Have had no symptoms. Can I trust that I am good?
Exposure:oral sex(protected):all negative tests -HIV 4THGEN.@63,72&78days -VDRL@57,72&78days -TPHA@35,40&45days -urine pcr(for 7 stds)@4,14&38days. -HBV antigen(i am vaccinated for hepatitis B(72&78days) -HCV(72&78days) Are these Tests conclusive?
Hi what is the window period of RPR syphilis i tested neg at 7 weeks and other stds including hiv neg should i repeat test at 90 days or more ?
