I had a full std panel run 5.5 weeks after unprotected sex and all came back negative. are there any i should re run based off window period? i did a second hiv a few days after 6 weeks that was negative?

Some tests in such comprehensive panels are unnecessary and the results meaningless. In absence of symptoms, you should not be retested for anything. If your HIV test after 6 weeks was an AgAb ("combo", "4th generation") test, that result also is conclusive.
