Yes it's possible: Patients with chronic sinusitis often feel bilateral nasal congestion, sinus pain and pressure, chronic nasal discharge or postnatal drip, dry mouth, bad breath, fatigue, fogginess and often feel their symptoms are worse in the morning or with bending over. If your symptoms are not resolving after 2 weeks should see an ENT specialist.
