Yes, many reasons.: Not uncommonly, problems at the wrist, such as carpal tunnel, affecting the thumb and index and middle finger, or guyon's canal causing numbness in digits 4 and 5. Also, may see due to neck postures, including nerve root compression, but also brachial plexus problems including thoracic outlet syndrome.
