Rubbing alcohol: Gently pressing a cotton ball saturated with rubbing alcohol on the spot is a good way to clean the area. Then don't touch it, just leave it alone.

soap and water: Clean gently with soap and water. When dry apply a little benzyl peroxide, it is otc in the acne area of the store.
