Puffy eyes: Thyroid disease can cause under eye puffiness. So can a multitude of other things ranging from allergy to heredity. Do yourself a favor and get evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon. A simple blood test should be able to help-good luck.
