discuss with : Retinal specialist who can discuss advantages and disadvantages of prp, lucentis/avastin/eylea, or observation. Left untreated, ischemic crvo is a risk for neovascular glaucoma, but usually at the 3 month mark.

Get 2nd opinion : Patients with neovascularization and central retinal vein occlusion are usually treated with prp. However, neovascularization of the retina is actually not common in crvo. More common is anterior segment (iris/colored part in front) new blood vessel growth. Perhaps a second opinion might be helpful.
