get checked: It does not have to be serious, but it needs to get checked out. A 19 yo woman is unlikely to have coronary disease... But crazy things can happen. It may be chest wall /rib /cartilage inflammation, such that it hurts when you move your thorax (i.e. Breath hard). This is usually a benign, albeit annoying condition.
