Needs clarification: I believe you inquire about phentermine-an appetite suppressant med.If it is , then you need body mass index of 30 or more or 27 with risk factors in order to qualify.I also would do a complete blood test , check pt heart with electrocardiogram before pt can start for safety of pts.
