Took zithromax and 4 days later started bleeding is this normal if you have chlamdia?

No: You didn't specify the site of bleed like oral, vagina or rectum. Zithromax does not cause bleeding. You are also on acyclovir. What was the diagnosis chlamydia infection or herpes. The chlamydia does not cause bleed. Please see you gynecologist for vaginal bleed and gastroenterologist for rectal and oral bleed. Thanks.
