Not fortune tellers!: Hey, we're docs, not fortune tellers! if you don't know your lmp, i'm not sure how your doc told you that you're 6w3d as of today unless you had an ultrasound. If you did, then they're very accurate when performed early in pregnancy. http://www.babymed.com/pregnancy-calendar-and-calculator-week-by-week gives conception date of 9/12/13.
