Yes: Please use some back-up birth control until you begin your next pack of pills. This could be condoms or abstinence. You are spotting because your body is a bit confused by the missed pills. The spotting may last a few days. The other symptoms are not as common, but can be seen too.

Not uncommon: It is common to have nausea when doubling the dose of ocp. A pregnancy may be helpful and if the symptoms continue to, you should contact your md. A backup method of contraception should also be used until you have resolved your issues as missing a pill puts one at a higher risk of unplanned pregnancy.
