Go see your doctor: Rivaroxaban is a blood thinner w/over 300 drug-drug interactions, most of which are moderate or major (http://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/rivaroxaban.html). Your clinical findings section also lists advair ; dilantin, so any additional medications must take into account interactions w/those too. Go see your doc rivaroxaban vs Dilantin issues. Reconsider diagnosis: There is such thing as simopulmonary syndrome, that is something upper respiratory or sinus can cause bronchospasm or asthma. Proper antibiotics if needed after reexamination can be considered, and of course treat the bronchospasm. Pain med? May help, but don't mask all symptoms, treat the cause. Obviously Acetaminophen is safe.
