Lip piercing: If the pierce site is still sore & swollen (worse than before?) it may be infected, see your doc for evaluation & treatment.

Could be infection: The mouth and lip heal quickly due their generous blood supplies. A common complication of piercing is infection so you may have to get seen to check on this possibilty, hope you are better soon!
