Anxiety is normal.: When it causes distress or impairment we must develop and use strategies to deal with it. Learn rhythmic diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation for calming, visual imagery for mind clearing, and focus on positive aspects of your work and meeting with your seniors. Make yourself better some way every day. You will be more effective at what you do and they will experience that in you. Enjoy!
