yes/no: Peroxide will breakdown to water after it releases all of its extra oxygen . Its use as a gargle has been offered by some as a treatment, but little if any benefit is documented.

Hello, I have a bad sore throat and mixed pink salt, water, and 3 percent hydrogen peroxide, I don't know anything about chemistry. Are the salt and peroxide a harmful reaction together?
My dentist whitened my teeth with 30% hydrogen peroxide. During treatment, I felt increased brain fog and concentration issues. And my throat was sore so I know I swallowed some. The brain issues persist weeks later. Can hydrogen peroxide cause this?
