Many possibilities: Over all the most common cause would be a fungal infection of some sort. But it could be from a skin bacteria, it could be a complication of some other infectious process. You might get a guess with an internet search of 'groin rash' images, but your best bet is to see a family doctor, gynecologist, or dermatologist.
