here's what we know: "a single dose of Fluconazole 150 mg to treat vaginal yeast infection during pregnancy does not appear to be associated with the birth defects." (http://www.Fda.Gov/drugs/drugsafety/ucm266030.Htm)
there is reason to worry about long-term, high-dose exposure however.
