Glad you're good: Nice to hear from you again. Today, myasthenia gravis is usually manageable. You want to stay in this great profession, and for that reason alone i'd encourage you to continue. I'd seek another, or a change of job within the merchant marine itself, only if you realize you can no longer keep up. With today's biotech, that day may very well never come.
