Excessive saliva from pre-pyloric ulcer. doctors gave meds but saliva doesn't decrease and has sour taste and can't sleep from it, how to treat?

xs saliva: Treatment depends on what is causing the ulcer. Most ulcers are caused by an infection with h. Pylori and requires three antibiotics taken at the same time. Call your doctor for a consultation with a gastroenterologist.

There are no saliva: Glands in the stomach. It sounds like you are refluxing bile and or acid. You may need to be taking antacids or other such medications (zantac, pepcid, (famotidine) Omeprazole etc).
