Ask ortho: Squats are out straight leg raise are in cycle with resistance any thing that dosent hurt that is not weight bearing is fine.

Need more info: Do you have a mensical tear? If you do and had a surgical menisectomy, usually my patients are walking within a few days, then stationary biking, then running in 3-4 weeks. Things like stairs and crouching are variable based on quad strength and body weight.
