Can you see on a mri if cranial nerves and cerebellum have been severely damaged?

possibly: Large enough areas of structural damage to the brain can be seen on mri. Damage to cranial nerves isn't as likely to be apparent. What can be seen would depend on etiology of injury, as well as quality of the study.
