Can interfere: Psyllium can interfere with absorption of many vitamins -- both fat soluble and water soluble ones like b12. For this reason it's best to take your vitamins separately from your psyllium.

psyllium husks B12: It is possible if both taken at same time. Best to take B12 sub-lingually to get the best absorbtion. Can use drops or instant dissolve tablets under tongue.
