See orthopedist: I assume you've had 3 injections in your knee and no better . Are u taking a nsaid? Are u overweight? Try losing just 10 lbs. And see if that may help. Exercise may help your knee joint esp. If u are not loading your knee( i.E ex bike , swimming etc)... Work on strengthening your quads! if no better follow up w/ your ors for other tx. Options.. Regen or Surgery: Agree with dr. Trettin's excellent answer. You may be a candidate for platelet rich plasma (prp) or other forms of bone marrow derived regenerative medicine. But surgery may be the most appropriate option available to you. Discuss with a physician or surgeon who can further help guide your decision.
