cheek: You may be clenching or grinding during the day or at nite. Try warm salt water 1st 1/4 tsp of salt in a glass of warm water- rinse multiple time during the day. If it continues see a dentist and make sure that is the problem.

Evaluation: Your cheek contains many tissues that can hurt for a wide variety of reasons. Best to get an exam to zero in on the actual cause.
