Talk to your doctor: You need to talk to your physician about this. There is only limited data on the safety of once a week or twice a week dosing of xanax (alprazolam) and diflucan. Talk to your doctor about your xanax (alprazolam) dose and when it may be reused. The problem is that Diflucan can significantly raise xanax (alprazolam) doses, so they should not be taken at the same time. What is not clear is when xanax (alprazolam) can be safely restarted. I would wait.
