HIV transfer: You get HIV infection by direct transfer of semen or secretion. It has nothing to do with strong or weak erection. If the erection is weak but the partner has infection, and you with no condom, you'll get it. Your condom protects from direct transfer of secretion. Always have protected sex if you don't know your partner.
