Absolutely not if...: You mean cow's milk. If however, you mean breast milk or formula then this is different. It is probably more than the baby's stomach could hold and he is likely to spit up. Most babies at 1 month drink about four oz every 3 hours. No cow's milk until after 12 months of age.
