Variable: Really variable. Typically about 3 to 4 oz every 4 hrs, but I've had babies that age drink 8 oz every 3 hrs. Basically they take what they need. If they spit up and are miserable, you are overfeeding

Breast vs bottle: Babies usually drink 25-40 oz of milk/day. Breastfed babies drink less than formula fed babies. Breastfed babies are at much less risk for obesity as well. Breastfed babies usually drink at most 4-6 oz of milk at a feeding vs 6-8 oz for formula fed babies.

Depends.: First, your baby should be receiving infant formula or breast milk. How much depends on your baby's weight. About 2-3oz of formula per pound of weight per day is a rough estimate. You baby is getting enough if the baby is growing and gaining weight, having 5-6 wet diapers per day, and appears satisfied after feeds. Make sure your baby is getting regular checks by your physician.
