Build core: You are 17 and female. You crack your back constantly. Try cracking it less and less. Your body is conditioning to your habit. Built your core abdomen this will help your back. Over time your need to crack will decrease.

Not normal: Please get an orthopedic consult to find out what is wrong with your spine that you are requiring it to be cracked so often. Make sure that it's nothing serious and that no harm is being done.
