Yes it can!: Believe it or not, your neck and head are intimately tied together in more ways than one! excessively tight and painful neck muscles frequently cause "head" type symptoms including a sense of imbalance or dizziness, feeling like your head is in a "fog", head pain and a host of other symptoms. The great part is, treat the neck muscles and all the other symptoms get better too!
