All at once: Dr. Gallant is correct, ceftriaxone is recommended. However, cefixime (Suprax) probably will work. Take all 400 mg at once. It is entirely safe, virtually no side effects ever. You also should have been given a second antibiotic, either a single dose of azithromycin or 7 days of doxycycline. If any doubts or questions, check with the doctor or clinic treating you. Make sure partner(s) get treated.
