Prefer Lotromin: I usually see better results with lotromin that is now available otc. To be used twice a day for approximately 4 weeks.

Tinactin (tolnaftate): If you have a fungal infection of the skin, my favorite antifungal topically is lamisil (terbinafine). Most topical antifungals will work if used as instructed. Dr l.
