A member asked:

Is there a better alternate to knee replacement for arthritis patient aged 60?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: If you are literally bone-on-bone there may be no better options. You can try injectable lubricants or cortisone injections but they will usually no work for advanced disease. Likewise with nsaids.
