My ac and clavicle are loose or torn.. from football. it's been 7 weeks and hasn't healed. will the tendons or ligaments grow back and look normal?

Tendons and : Ligaments do not grow back. But usually the supporting muscles strengthen to make up for the weakness, once the swelling goes down, depending on severity of damage. Consult with an ortho surgeon for specific recommendation regarding possible surgical repair.
