Most likely: Costochondritis is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone (sternum). It causes sharp pain in the costosternal joint — where your ribs and breastbone are joined by rubbery cartilage. Pain caused by costochondritis may mimic that of a heart attack or other heart conditions.

You need help: Computer backis to sit up straight. Back supports that help maintain your proper lower back curve can also be effective. An excellent idea is to take 10-second micro-breaks every 20 minutes and adopt brugger's "postural relief position.”sit at the edge of your chair with your feet further apart than your hips; turn your feet outward slightly. Finish below, thank you.
