Ribcage pain: Pain the feels like stabbing is usually from the thoracic wall. Deeper structures feel like cramping, squeezing type of pain. Any severe pain can cause nausea. What causes this pain? Any pain with coughing, sneezing etc? Any relief with heat or ice?
