Placenta previa.: Best to discuss this with your ob/gyn. Depends on many factors including what week of pregnancy you are perhaps swimming but discuss with your doc first.

No.: Placenta previa diagnosis triggers certain instructions: no nsaids (no aspirin, aleve, motrin, advil - tylenol (acetaminophen) is ok, though), no heavy lifting/straining, no intercourse, no exercise, no unnecessary car rides, no travel out of town (i.e. Stay close to your delivery hospital), patience and compliance with your doctor's orders/recommendations.
