Not pimples: There are no tissues in this area that compare to the facial/shoulder/back skin where you get pimples. There are tissues that have hair roots/glands & these can become infected with germs. Your doc would need to decide whether this is a simple skin germ or something more serious.

Typical acne does: not occur on the vagina. I would recommend being examined by your doctor, either your primary care or gynecologist. This could be cysts, genital warts or a contact dermatitis. Hard to tell on this platform without seeing it.
