To define what is the possible underlying causes for what you described, you need to collect the onset, degree, duration, interval, and possible related symptoms over time, and bring those to Doc, preferably urologist for review, analysis, more Hx, physicals, and possible tests such as UA, residual urine, etc. so to deduce possible Dx for proposing possible treatment.
