A member asked:

Is a shower good for chills?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Might help: Chilling is one mechanism the body uses to raise the core temperature an occurs prior to the temperature going up. Also occurs in response to the differential between your and the environment's temperatures. If you take a hot shower you diminish the differential and may help alleviate the chilling.
