Sacral dimple possible side effects?

Adult/child: Babies born with a sacral dimple (at the tip of the coccyx) rarely have any issue other than dermatitis if deep and not cleaned. Any 'dimple' above the hips in a ababy needs evaluation. Adults probably have a pilonidal sinus which can become an abscess and need surgery.
